Black spot and shortness of breath with my altums

Two of my fish have black spots and breathe rapidly,eat and now there are no other symptoms.The water parameters is very good, you have any idea what it could be?Pictures are not very clear, and I apologize for that.As smaller were treated by bacterial infection ,,hemorrhagic septicemia,,

I don't see the black spots you may be referring to? at least none abnormal.

What temperature are they at? The higher the temperature, the faster they will breath.

If they are really breathing rapidly you may have gill flukes but before thinking of that, look into the temperature, calibrate your heather to about 82-84F and watch for any difference.
